Required Skills:

15+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Solid knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and database technologies.

Proven experience leading large engineering teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong team management experience.
