Position: P&M; - Head

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical)

Location: Head Office - Vile Parle (East) Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Ensure Profitability of Plant and Machinery Division
- Review the Proposed Plant and Machinery Allotment (PPA) as per the P&M; Deployment schedule received from project site
- Ensure deployment of P&M; at project sites as per timelines agreed in PPA
- Ensure transfer of P&M; from one project to another and at central workshop
- Maintain central P&M; workshop for storage, repairs and maintenance of J Kumars P&M; fleet
- Ensure P&M; are available and utilized at project sites as per defined availability and consumption norms
- Ensure periodic and breakdown maintenance is conducted at all project sites as per the process defined in SOP
- Ensure effective decommissioning of Plant and Machinery from project sites at the end of project
- Identify and declare unrequired P&M; as surplus for optimum utilization
- Identify and declare P&M; as obsolete and facilitate disposal
- Develop self & team members through trainings & workshops so as to upgrade overall skills & bring more efficiency & effectiveness in performance.
