Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be the frontline voice of RIO InnoBev,

playing a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving business growth. Your

primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective and existing customers

over the phone,skillfully generating qualified leads, gathering valuable feedback,

and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactive Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and

existing customers, introducing RIO InnoBev's exciting product range.

- Product Expertise: Clearly and enthusiastically explain RIO InnoBev's

products, promotions, and services, effectively addressing customer inquiries

and highlighting our unique selling propositions.

- Data & Insights Capture: Accurately gather and record customer information,

feedback, and call outcomes in our CRM or designated databases, ensuring





data integrity for strategic decision-making.

- Engaging Communication: Utilize callscripts as a guide while maintaining a

natural, confident, and helpful tone, adapting your approach to individual

customer needs.

- Needs Identification & Solutioning: Actively listen to customer needs,

identify concerns and skillfully suggest appropriate solutions or promotions

that resonate with their preferences.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly

call and conversion targets, contributing to overall lead generation and sales

goals.

- Customer Advocacy: Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints

professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure a seamless and

positive customer experience.
