Managing upkeep of assets across Mumbai through Preventive, Predictive & reactive maintenance (as per BES and local laws)
Working knowledge of UPS, Fire Protection System (Sprinkler/ Fire Alarm/WLD VESDA/GSS/Pre action), HVAC (PAC/VRF/Split AC/TFA) and BMS, EMS and LMS System.
user groups, preparing power down presentations, follow up meetings and approval. Engaging with all the associated contractor partner, landlord teams & risk assessment. Post power down / Post mortem report submission & auctioning.
Assist / undertake various audits including Control / KPI checks, OSHAS, ISO, Fire, Energy, Risk & Governance (Internal / External).
Raising and updating the Incidents.
Change management. All the listed activities require issuance of changes and chasing all the user groups for approval.
Assisting to engineering lead in updating & managing risks.



The document to be updated as and when required.
Engagements with all the contractor partners and landlords at least on quarterly basis.
Assisting to engineering lead in various Global environmental initiatives, including Earth hour, CSR Activities. This event requires proper planning, engagements with respective stakeholders and execution.
Walk around on facility for every four hours to follow SOS initiative as an energy saving measure.
Measuring of Noise level at critical areas.
Hydrostatic pressure testing of all the fire extinguishers as HSE Recommendation
Creating and managing reports and MIS related to engineering services.
WAR(Weekly Activity Call) with regional team and sharing the all change requests with regional team for acceptance
