Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives for a leading organization in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong project delivery expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience managing large-scale banking technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, quality, and governance.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership for seamless project execution.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables while ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct governance meetings, project status reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Manage project financials, resource planning, utilization, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and banking regulatory standards.
- Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Support change management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
- Mentor team members and foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- 812 years of Project Management experience.




- Proven experience delivering Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Expertise in project planning, governance, and delivery management.
- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, or Risk & Compliance projects.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Cloud Transformation, Data Modernization, or Regulatory Programs will be an added advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- MBA (Finance, Operations, IT, or General Management) is preferred.

Work Location & Working Model

- Base Location: Thane / Ghansoli, Mumbai

- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

- Candidates should be willing to travel across Mumbai locations (including Thane, Ghansoli, Malad, and BKC) based on business requirements.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays.

- Leave policy will be as per the organization's calendar
