Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during assigned shifts.

- Coordinate with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and support departments.

- Manage admissions, discharges, and patient transfers efficiently.

- Monitor the availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.

- Conduct orientation, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.

- Resolve patient and family concerns professionally.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.

- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards.
