Work Experience: 2+ years Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent; Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management or clinical supervision within a hospital or healthcare facility.

Proven expertise in Nursing Administration, including staff scheduling, performance management, and resource allocation.

In-depth knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.

Solid understanding of infection control protocols, including sterilization, waste management, and outbreak response.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare documentation standards.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure during emergencies.

Valid registration with the State Nursing Council and any additional certifications in clinical leadership or healthcare quality are advantageous.
