We are looking for a proactive Non-Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end hiring for business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international recruitment, primarily for the US market, along with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Operations, and other business functions.

Drive international hiring with a primary focus on the US market.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, inbound applications, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful offer closure.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Maintain recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end non-technical recruitment.

Proven experience hiring for sales, marketing, business development, customer success, operations, and other business functions.

Experience hiring for high-volume and niche business roles in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the US market.

Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, inbound applications, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Experience using ATS and managing recruitment data.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and consistently meet hiring timelines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
