Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with 35 years of experience in end-to-end NON- IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.
- Understand client/job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and notice period with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM/Excel.
- Ensure regular updates to recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.




- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in end-to-end hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of Boolean Search techniques.
- Excellent resume screening and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
