- Continuously monitor all CCTV cameras installed at the mining site, office, warehouse, parking area, entry/exit gates, and other operational locations.
- Keep a close watch on sensitive and high-risk areas during the night.
- Immediately report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activity to the concerned senior or management.
- Monitor movement and location of company vehicles, trucks, and other transport vehicles.
- Regularly communicate with drivers to confirm their current location, route, loading/unloading status, and operational activity.
- Follow up with drivers who are not responding or whose location/activity appears unusual.
- Maintain proper records of driver calls, vehicle locations, stoppages, and route deviations.
- Monitor vehicle GPS/live location systems where available.
- Identify unauthorized stoppages, route deviations, unusual delays, or vehicles moving outside the approved route.
- Coordinate with drivers and site supervisors to verify any abnormal vehicle movement.
- Identify and report theft, unauthorized entry, vehicle misuse, material movement, unusual gathering, security breaches, or other suspicious activities.
- Pay special attention to night-time movement of vehicles, machinery, materials, fuel, and personnel.
- Escalate critical incidents immediately to the concerned authority.
- Prepare a daily night shift surveillance report covering:
- CCTV monitoring status
- Suspicious activities observed




- Vehicle movement and location
- Driver communication and call status
- Unauthorized stoppages or route deviations
- Security incidents
- Equipment/CCTV issues
- Action taken and pending issues
- Maintain proper digital and physical records of all incidents and observations.
- Immediately inform the reporting manager about any serious incident or security concern.
- Record the exact time, location, vehicle number, driver details, and nature of the incident wherever applicable.
- Preserve relevant CCTV footage or screenshots of important incidents for further investigation.
- Coordinate with drivers, security guards, supervisors, site staff, and operations teams during the night shift.
- Maintain professional communication with drivers and field employees.
- Follow up on instructions given by the Operations/Security Head.
- Check whether all cameras are functioning properly.
- Immediately report camera failure, recording issues, blind spots, network problems, or system downtime.
- Maintain a record of CCTV downtime and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Prepare a proper shift handover report for the morning team.
- Clearly mention all incidents, unusual activities, vehicle issues, driver issues, and pending follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
