Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, ensure process efficiency, and lead a team to achieve service excellence. The role involves monitoring productivity, maintaining compliance with company policies, managing operational KPIs, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across the assigned process.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational targets and service quality.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of recent team members.
- Drive cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
