Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and professional Live-In Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to join our household. The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional, round-the-clock care for our newborn infant, support the mother’s postpartum recovery, and help establish healthy routines. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, clean, knowledgeable in infant development, and capable of working independently while respecting the family’s privacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Infant Care & Routine: Handle all aspects of daily newborn care, including bathing, dressing, diapering, umbilical cord care, and monitoring baby health metrics (weight, stools, skin health).
- Sleep Conditioning: Establish healthy day/night sleep patterns and manage all overnight wakings, feedings, and soothing so parents can rest.
- Feeding Support: Assist with breastfeeding positioning, manage bottle-feeding (breast milk or formula), track intake volumes, and properly burp the infant.
- Hygiene & Sanitation:



Maintain strict cleanliness standards, including sterilizing bottles, washing pump parts, managing baby laundry, and keeping the nursery organized.
- Developmental Tracking: Engage the infant in age-appropriate developmental stimulation, such as tummy time and sensory play.
- Postpartum Assistance: Provide light, comforting support to the mother, which may include assistance with postpartum hygiene or basic lactation tracking.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven Experience: Minimum of [3-5 years] of hands-on experience specifically caring for newborns or working with infants in a private home setting.
- Certifications: Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), Postpartum Doula, or licensed nurse (ANM/GNM) is highly preferred.
- Safety Training: Current certificate in Infant CPR and First Aid is mandatory.
- Health & Verification: Must provide a clear police clearance certificate (or agency-verified background check) and an up-to-date medical fitness certificate (including current vaccinations).
- Discretion: Must maintain absolute confidentiality and respect boundaries within a private family home.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
