Responsibilities

- Interface to Customer & Supplier Technical Assistant for respective project.
- Project planning w.r.t. APQP elements / Customer Guideline and track milestones as on timeline.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate periodic APQP status.
- Update Program Management Team on APQP status for all High Impact element and those with Red or Yellow Status.
- Assess the feasibility of manufacturing the proposed design. And comment on if the design can be manufactured, assembled, tested,



packed and delivered in sufficient quantities at acceptable cost and quality to the customer. Collection of information about Recent Projects.
- To control the 5M for New Projects.
- To establish, implement & maintain quality system.
- To control documentation related to departmental activities.
- Plan, Do, Check, and Action for localization.
- Involved in cost reduction activities such as VAVE and RMC reduction.
- Ensuring Quality of Final product & Customer Quality documents assurance (PAP/CQC/DR/CT) • Development of new Moulds, BOP according to the projects.
- Testing of the parts as per the DVP plan • TRSO review & Signoff with customer • New machine installation • Operating instructions • Promote the improvement of work.
- To control various duties related with department.
- Planning and execution of training sessions
