Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Project Planning and Scheduling professional specializing in Risk Management with Primavera P6. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

The individual will monitor project progress, perform variance and risk analysis, and update schedules based on changes, delays, or mitigations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions,



and communicate schedule and risk impacts clearly. The role also includes preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations, supporting project controls activities, and contributing to continuous improvement in planning and risk management practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Project Planning skills, including experience in developing and managing detailed schedules with Primavera P6.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Control skills, including tracking progress, monitoring costs and timelines, and supporting risk management activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, perform variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting schedule and risk information to stakeholders.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or related domains.
- Hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with other project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
