Requirements:

- MBBS and MS in General Surgery or MCh in Neurosurgery (or equivalent) from a recognized medical institution.

- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.

- Demonstrated experience in neurosurgical cases during residency or internship, with documented participation in 50+ surgical procedures.

- Proficiency in Craniotomy, Spinal Surgery, Brain Tumor Resection, and Spinal Tumor Surgery.

- Hands-on experience in Micro-Neurosurgery, Endoscopic Neurosurgery, and Neurovascular Surgery.

- Competence in Hydrocephalus Management, including ventriculostomy and shunt placement.





- Experience with Spine Fixation using modern instrumentation and navigation systems.

- Knowledge of Intracranial Hemorrhage management, including surgical evacuation and decompression.

- Familiarity with Peripheral Nerve Surgery, including nerve repair and reconstruction.

- Strong decision-making, hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform under pressure.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.

- Willingness to work in a 24/7 clinical workplace with rotating on-call duties.
