Responsibilities include assessing current network capabilities, planning for future growth, and implementing new technologies. The goal is to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable network performance. This role requires expertise in network design, analysis, and optimization.





Effective planning and engineering are crucial for maintaining robust and secure network operations. A passive optical network (PON) is a fiber-optic telecommunications technology for delivering broadband network access to end-customers. Its architecture implements a point-to-multipoint topology, in which a single optical fiber serves multiple endpoints by using unpowered (passive) fiber optic splitters to divide the fiber bandwidth between multiple access points.

What are we looking for? Looking for a candidate with experience in Fiber Planning Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
