Ensure accurate, fast, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework. What are we looking for?

Telecom products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN,



Voice, Wireless

Network fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, routing concepts

Order Management & Provisioning systems (Amdocs / Netcracker / ServiceNow)

Strong understanding of activation workflows

Excel / data analysis (validation & reconciliation)

Automation mindset (workflow improvement) Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle

Validate customer orders for technical & commercial feasibility

Coordinate with Sales, Network, Field Ops, and Vendors

Configure services via provisioning systems

Track order fallout and drive resolution

Ensure billing readiness & clean handover to Assurance
