1 Maintain MCPI LAN & WAN Network and ensure ZeroUnplanned Downtime.2 Monitor ISP Links and log complain and ensure Resolutionwithin SLA.3 Make link utilization data sheet on regular interval.4 Configure Fort iGATE and Check Point firewall and updatepolicies to maintain security compliance 100%.5 Upgrade and maintain Firmware Version of Network Devices,Email Gateway device, Antivirus, Proxy device etc.

Maintain load balancing between all links.14 Maintain a Database of all Network & Security DevicesLicense validity Period detailsB Job Scope : End user Support1 Provide PC Hardware related support to Users.2 Provide Application related support to Users3 Check Email communication error of Users.4 Resolve Internet connectivity issues of Users.5 Set-up Video Conference connectivity.6 Maintain Inventory of all IT equipment including Peripherals.C Job Scope : Application Development1 Required knowledge on development of inhouse applicationfor different uses.2 Knowledge on SQL queries / Python or any other programinglanguage.D Job Scope:



Commercial1 Provide Department Operational Expenses to Finance onmonthly basis along with monthly Liability sheet.2 Track expenditures to comply with the budget allocations ofIT.3 Prepare a Process Flow for Budget Preparation.4 Responsible for preparing yearly budget for IT.5 Prepare note sheet for new procurement and generatePurchase Requisition in SAP.6 Supervision of Payment process to Vendor after ServiceEntry Sheet / Good Receipt in SAP.7 Monitor all AMC contract and accordingly plan for approvaland prepare purchase requisition.E MCPI Infrastructure Projects Execution including NetworkProject
