Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA),

and Endpoint Protection Services (EPS) . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure access solutions in enterprise environments, with a strong focus on Zscaler technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support Zscaler cloud-based security services including ZIA, ZPA, and EPS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Zscaler solutions in global environments.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues related to secure access and endpoint connectivity.
- Integrate Zscaler with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and SIEM tools.
- Implement policy configurations, URL filtering, DLP,



SSL inspection, and sandboxing.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to clients or internal teams.
- Maintain compliance with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in network or cybersecurity roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and EPS.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, proxies, firewalls, and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in integrating Zscaler with Active Directory and SAML-based SSO.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional But a Plus)

- Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or Zscaler Certified Internet Professional (ZCIP)
- Cisco (CCNA Security/CCNP Security), Fortinet NSE, or equivalent
- CEH, CompTIA Security+, or other industry-recognized certifications
