Skills:

- Deep expertise in Quantum Security Gateways deployment, configuration, troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of MDS/MLM deployment, configuration, troubleshooting
- Robust knowledge of Site-to-Site IPsec VPN deployment, configuration, troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Remote Access VPN deployment, configuration, troubleshooting.

Expectations:

- Strong Checkpoint domain expertise, including MDS/MLM, suited to Infosys infra
- Act as primary technical contact own issues end-to-end, from troubleshooting to resolution
- Available beyond standard hours, including weekends for P1/critical issues
- Raise and escalate TAC cases with R&D; as needed
- Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base
- Run health checks, performance tuning, upgrade/EOS planning, and hotfix installs
- Advise on best practices, config optimization, and security posture per Infosys standards
- Support automation of routine admin tasks
- Share daily status updates and proactively introduce relevant new Checkpoint features
