- Perform technical implementation, configuration, and support of FortiGate and Check Point firewalls.
- Manage Endpoint Security tools and assist with incident troubleshooting and resolution.
- Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, conduct technical presentations, and deliver product demonstrations.
- Work directly with clients, understanding their security requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and assist in pre-sales activities.
- Communicate effectively in Malayalam and English with customers, both in technical and business contexts.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting client expectations and security standards.
Preferred candidate profile :-
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure roles.
- Technical expertise in FortiGate, Check Point, and Endpoint Security solutions.
- Solid communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to balance technical support with customer engagement and sales consulting.
- Experience in client interaction, solution presentations, or pre-sales support.
- Relevant industry certifications: NSE (Fortinet), CCSA/CCSE (Check Point), or equivalent would be an added advantage.
