About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Network Executive to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. The role involves network administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Design, support, and enhance network systems in line with business requirements.

Configure, manage, and monitor network devices, including routers and switches.

Analyze network performance and recommend improvements for reliability, scalability,



and efficiency.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, and communication issues across the organization.

Support network security, system upgrades, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations and service delivery.

Maintain network documentation and adhere to organizational IT standards and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of IP Networking Fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with Network Administration in Linux and/or Windows environments.

Experience in configuring and managing Routers and Switches.

Network Monitoring, Performance Analysis, and Troubleshooting.

Understanding of Network Security and Infrastructure Management.
