- Hardware testing and performance validation
- Provide remote support for network & system issues
- Configure & support firewall VOIP, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi
- Support Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto devices
- Network troubleshooting and performance monitoring
- Setup & configuration of WAP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls
- Hardware replacement & in office support
- Maintain inventory & ensure availability of spare parts
- Support hosted IP voice solutions
- Provide AMC( Annual Maintenance Contract ) support

Requirements

-Cisco certification(CCNA/CCNP)
- Router & Switch hardening
- Troubleshooting & Issue resolution
- Server testing & basic diagnostics
- Hands-on with Cisco networking products
- Incident documentation & reporting
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
