Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite ERP Tester to validate and ensure the quality of NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in ERP testing, business process validation, defect management, and end-to-end testing of NetSuite modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to NetSuite ERP.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across NetSuite modules.
- Test NetSuite customizations, workflows, scripts, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Verify data migration and data integrity during implementation and upgrade projects.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, functional consultants, and project teams.
- Support release validation, production deployments, and post-implementation testing.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills





- Solid experience in NetSuite ERP Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing one or more NetSuite modules:
- Financial Management
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Management
- CRM
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Knowledge of NetSuite workflows, forms, roles, permissions, and business processes.
- Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
- Basic SQL/data validation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics testing.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or Katalon.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- NetSuite implementation or testing certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

- Experience in NetSuite implementation, migration, upgrade, or support projects.
- Exposure to financial and supply chain business processes.
