Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams; drive high performance and ownership.

Define architecture using microservices, APIs, and cloud-native design.

Oversee backend development using Java (Spring Boot).

Drive cloud strategy, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.

Ensure scalability, security, and high availability (DR readiness).

Manage delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Solid expertise in Java, microservices, and API design.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools.

Experience with PostgreSQL/ Mysql & NoSQL databases.

Good to Have

BFSI / Insurance domain experience

Kafka, event-driven architecture

AWS/GCP certifications
