Position: Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, measurements, design development, BOQ preparation, material selection, and coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites to understand client requirements and take accurate site measurements.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Develop 2D drawings (layout plans, working drawings, and detailed drawings).
- Create 3D designs and visualizations for client presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor as per project requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences and provide design solutions.
- Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.




- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved designs and quality standards.
- Resolve design and execution issues during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and material specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or other 3D design software.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial interior design (preferred).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits is an added advantage.
