Job description

- As a NSM/ DGM Sales Candidate will be based at Mumbai HQ handling Cardio Diabetic business covering Pan India/ Half India for reputed Pharma listed company based at Mumbai HQ.
- You will be responsible for Team Management, Sales Force effectiveness and Customer, Engagement activities.
- You will be responsible to monitor sales activities including field work of TM /ASM / RSM / ZSM customer calls and coverage made per person per month.
- To develop time bound development plan of weak territories.
- To measure the effectiveness of the engagement activities through retail chemist audits conducted by TMs.
- You will be responsible for Sales management, Customer management, Team development, Distributors management and achieve top line & bottom line.
- You will be responsible for achieving target/ budget of sales and collection on month to month and cumulative bases.

Required Candidate profile





- You should be Science or Pharmacy graduate and preferred MBA with 15-20 years of experience in Pharma sales handling Cardio Diabetic business covering Pan India/Half India out of which last 2- 3 years as Sales Manager based at Mumbai handling any two or three zones Cardio Diabetic business.
- You should good in stockiest and distributor collection of payments, launching new product and implementing targets.
- Experience in launching recent Cardio Diabetic segment will be an advantage.
- You should be good in man management industry Recruitment / Selection / Training & Development of field force and management.
