Position Overview

The Head of AriMAx Global Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for leading and growing our India operations while serving as a strategic partner to the Group CEO. This is a builder's role, not merely an operator's role.

The successful candidate must be equally comfortable leading people, working directly with customers, managing operations, improving business processes, and participating in product architecture and development discussions. They should be capable of moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.

This role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving difficult problems, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to help the team succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

- Lead the overall India business operations.
- Execute the Group's strategic vision within India.
- Build a high-performance organization.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Represent AriMAx with customers, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop annual operating plans and strategic initiatives.

Product Development Leadership

Unlike a traditional business head, this leader will actively participate in product development.

Responsibilities include:

- Translate customer challenges into product capabilities in AI and Terrazzo.
- Work closely with software architects and developers.
- Participate in product roadmap planning.
- Review product requirements and specifications.
- Challenge product assumptions and improve usability.
- Help prioritize development efforts.
- Participate in sprint reviews and product demonstrations.
- Ensure products solve real business problems rather than simply adding features.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset throughout the development lifecycle.

Technology & Digital Transformation

Working knowledge of:

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.

- Experience in technology-driven organizations.
- International business exposure preferred.
