Role Overview
The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations, maintenance, and administration of building facilities. The role ensures smooth functioning of utilities, vendor management, compliance, and resident satisfaction through proactive planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance

Supervise building infrastructure including electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, elevators, and safety systems.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of assets.

Vendor & Staff Management

Manage housekeeping, security, and technical staff.

Liaise with vendors and contractors for timely service delivery.

Financial & Administrative

Assist Treasurer in managing facility budgets and expenses.

Ensure costeffective solutions for repairs and maintenance.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, fire safety, and environmental standards.

Maintain records of licenses, permits, and compliance documents.

Resident & Committee Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding facility issues.

Provide regular updates to the committee on operational status and improvements.
