We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on FSL implementations.

The candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in field service operations and hands-on experience in solution design, architecture, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
- Lead FSL implementation, integration, and optimization projects.
- Define best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems such as:
- ERP
- GIS
- IoT
- Other enterprise systems





- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security compliance.
- Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1012 years of IT experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning).
- Valuable knowledge of:
- Service Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components

- Hands-on experience in FSL configuration, including:

- Work Orders
- Service Appointments
- Scheduling
- Dispatcher Console

- Experience with integration tools and technologies:

- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- MuleSoft – preferred

- Strong understanding of data modelling and system architecture.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
