Essential Skills & Experience
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of direct professional experience within a software license compliance sales or specialized corporate revenue integrity environment.
- Domain Literacy: Clear, demonstrable understanding of software violation metrics,
copyright infringement parameters, intellectual property laws, and corrective measures implemented by enterprise software publishers.
- Negotiation & Presence: Proven experience dealing directly with corporate principles, executives, and business owners in high-stakes legal or commercial situations, with the critical thinking to protect corporate interests while preserving market relationships.
- Operational Analytics & Forecasting: Strong capability to qualify, scope, and close compliance deals with a customer-centric focus, alongside the ability to accurately forecast and report account activity in CRM systems.
- Education: Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or a closely related professional discipline.
