Job Description:

Service Desk Associate Accounts Payable (German Language Expert)

Role Overview: The Service Desk Associate will be the primary point of contact for all vendor and employee inquiries within the Business Services Center (BSC), specifically supporting German-speaking stakeholders. This role involves resolving first-level queries or routing them to the appropriate Accounts Payable (AP) specialist. The candidate will ensure service delivery meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies (OpCos) and the BSC, operating strictly within an internal control framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Query & Translation Management: Receive, interpret, and resolve incoming queries from German-speaking vendors and employees. Route complex issues to the correct person within the AP team across three main areas: Accounts Payable, Payments Processing, and Travel & Expenses (T&E;).
- SLA & KPI Adherence:



Ensure that overall service delivery to OpCos meets or exceeds agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Service Management team to fully understand, monitor, and effectively implement operational SLAs.
- Escalation & Process Discipline: Manage internal customer and supplier issues strictly in accordance with the established escalation matrix; firmly push back when standard procedures are bypassed.

Job Details & Work Timings:

- Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
- Work Model: 100% Work from Office (Onsite) – Candidates must be completely comfortable working daily from the office facility.
- Work Shift: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (IST)
- Transport Facility: Home drop facility provided by the company.
