Key Responsibilities for General Manager

1. Business & Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all Head Office departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HO and project/site teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.

2. Design Knowledge

- PEB & Steel fabrication design overview
- Design Optimisation with design team

3. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and supervise department heads.
- Set departmental KPIs and monitor performance.
- Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings.
- Develop employees through training and mentoring.
- Build a high-performance work culture.

4. Financial Management

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
- Review cash flow, expenses, and profitability.
- Approve major purchases and operational expenditures.
- Ensure effective cost control and resource utilization.
- Review monthly MIS and financial reports.

5. Business Development

- Identify recent business opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.




- Participate in major negotiations and contract discussions.
- Support tendering and proposal strategies.

6. Project Monitoring

- Monitor project schedules, quality, and budgets.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
- Resolve inter-departmental issues affecting project execution.
- Review project profitability and performance.

7. Administration & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Oversee legal, HR, and administrative functions.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage corporate risks and internal controls.

8. Reporting

- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director.
- Present business performance and improvement plans.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and corrective actions.
