Job Title: Legal Associate

Department: Corporate Legal

Reports To: Director, Corporate Legal

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Timings: Monday to Friday (9.30am to 6.30pm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support our Legal Department in a non-litigation capacity. This role is essential to our business operations, assisting in contract management, compliance monitoring, corporate governance, and risk mitigation. Youll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, departments and partners to ensure that legal and business processes align with industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize corporate records, contract databases, and contracts and compliance tracking systems.
- Support the team with contractual and other obligations management.
- Support contracts department in day-to-day functioning.




- Monitor all deadlines and TATs and prepare MIS.
- Collaborate with internal departments (IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Service Line Heads)
- Preliminary review of the contracts as the need be.
- Any other coordination work as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

- LLB required; LLM/additional related courses preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate, transactional, or regulatory environment.
- Experience in working with consulting firm shall be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online research/tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
