We're Hiring: Cyber Security Specialist VAPT | Penetration Testing | System Hardening | Telecom Security

Are you passionate about securing critical telecom infrastructure and driving proactive cyber defense? We're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist with solid expertise in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), System Hardening, and Telecom Security Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) across telecom infrastructure and critical network elements.
- Conduct penetration testing, identify security gaps, publish assessment reports, and drive remediation to closure.
- Implement and assess system hardening in line with CIS Benchmarks (MBSS/Hardened Baseline Configuration).
- Analyze vulnerabilities using CVE/CVSS frameworks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Review security architecture for new telecom transport and radio network deployments.
- Assess telecom signaling protocols and validate security controls.
- Manage vulnerability lifecycle, ensuring timely remediation and 100% compliance with periodic security assessments.
- Support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams,



product vendors, and external auditors to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Participate in risk assessments and continuous security improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or Telecom Security.
- Strong experience in Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, and System Hardening.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Nessus, Qualys, Burp Suite, or similar.
- Experience securing VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Good understanding of telecom network architecture and security.
- Experience supporting security audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, or equivalent security frameworks/certifications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
