1. Role Purpose

The person is responsible for end-to-end technical and operational leadership across ACP and sheet metal projects. The role ensures design excellence, cost competitiveness, manufacturability & execution feasibility from pre-bid to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operation& Business Support

- Lead pre-bid and post-bid techno-commercial strategy for ACP, Solid X, Baffles and Louvres projects
- Support tenders, RFQs, BOQs, specifications, and contracts to specification team.
- Develop costing models, MTO formats, Fabrication formats,



Parametric and Pattern base models.
- Propose value engineering, recommend to existing system, develop recent systems and alternate systems to improve competitiveness
- Support sales & BD teams in client technical solutions

Operations & Execution Support

- Align design and costing with site execution feasibility
- Coordinate with projects, production, and installation teams
- Resolve design-related site issues, deviations, and NCRs
- Monitor project progress from a techno-commercial perspective
- Ensure minimal rework, wastage, and delays due to design gaps
