Role & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain back-office documentation and records related to melting and refining processes for both studded and plain jewellery
- Track and monitor process loss percentages, metal accounting, weights, and recovery levels
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly reports on refining and melting operations
- Oversee depository losses and ensure proper recording and control
- Analyze yield variances, identify discrepancies, and highlight issues for corrective actions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across all refining-related activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing or refining operations
- Robust analytical and numerical skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
