- Expertise in Neo4j Database Platform Administration including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup, recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience migrating Neo4j databases from on-premises environments to AWS Cloud, including planning, execution, validation, optimization, and post-migration support with minimal downtime.

- AWS expertise across EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, and IAM, with experience deploying, configuring, and managing Neo4j on AWS infrastructure.

- Proficiency in platform monitoring, log management, health dashboards, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance to ensure high availability.

- Experience delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and developing automation using scripting/programming to streamline platform operations.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide technical updates, manage expectations, and drive discussions effectively.

- Good understanding of networking concepts including firewall configurations, network security, access controls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
