Global Technology Partners is seeking an experienced, hands-on nCino Developer with 5 to 11 years of IT experience, featuring a strong track record of building and customizing solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end design, development, configuration, and integration of nCino lending solutions for global banking clients. The ideal candidate must have deep, hands-on expertise in configuring nCino objects, custom workflows, and business rules, alongside custom Salesforce development (Apex/LWC) to extend nCino capabilities.

Key Responsibilities (nCino Heavy)

nCino Configuration & Customization: Hands-on development, configuration, and optimization of nCino Bank Operating System modules, including Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Small Business/SME, Customer Onboarding, and Deposit Account Opening.

Workflow & Process Automation: Configure nCino UI, Product Packages, Credit Memo generation, Approval Processes, Routes/Screen Sections, Risk Rating matrices, and Automated Spreading workflows.

Custom Salesforce Development: Extend out-of-the-box nCino capabilities using Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and SOQL/SOSL.

Core Integrations: Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations connecting nCino with Core Banking hosts, Credit Bureaus (e.g., Experian, Dun & Bradstreet), Document Management Systems, and E-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).





System Testing & Deployment: Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, deployment releases using DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git), and hypercare support during UAT and post-production phases.

Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Banking Domain Lead Engineers to translate functional business rules into scalable technical designs.

Required Technical

Skills & Experience

Direct nCino Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 3+ years of exclusive, hands-on nCino development/configuration experience within an overall 5–11 years IT background.

Core Salesforce Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Salesforce Development including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Automation.

Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle (Origination, Underwriting, Credit Analysis, Documentation, and Servicing).

Integration Patterns: Strong experience with API-driven integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML payloads, and banking middleware.

DevOps & Agile: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and deployment lifecycle tools.
