Expertise in Neo4j Database Platform Administration including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup, recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience migrating Neo4j databases from on-premises environments to AWS Cloud, including planning, execution, validation, optimization, and post-migration support with minimal downtime. AWS expertise across EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, and IAM, with experience deploying, configuring, and managing Neo4j on AWS infrastructure.

Proficiency in platform monitoring, log management, health dashboards, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance to ensure high availability.

Experience delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and developing automation using scripting/programming to streamline platform operations. Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide technical updates, manage expectations, and drive discussions effectively. Good understanding of networking concepts including firewall configurations, network security, access controls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
