Position Summary

Lotus Herbals is seeking a high-impact National Training Manager (Makeup/Organics/Dermacy) to lead capability development across India. This role will create a performance-driven learning culture by combining practical beauty expertise, commercial acumen, and field coaching. The successful candidate will transform learning into measurable business outcomes including higher retail conversion, Beauty Advisor productivity, superior consumer experience, and sustainable tertiary growth.

Location: Pan India

Travel: Extensive (50-60%)

Key Accountabilities

- Own the national capability-building strategy.
- Design world-class learning journeys for Beauty Advisors, BDEs, ASMs, Regional teams and distributor partners.
- Deliver practical makeup artistry, skincare consultation and advanced selling workshops.
- Lead field coaching to improve conversion, productivity and execution. • Build launch-readiness programs for every new product.
- Develop certification, digital learning, SOPs and assessment frameworks.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and HR on capability gaps and talent development.




- Establish governance through training dashboards and ROI reviews.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong hands-on experience as a Skilled Makeup Artist.
- Deep expertise in Makeup and Skincare education.
- Exceptional practical application skills: consultations, shade matching, demonstrations, objection handling, cross-selling and upselling.
- 8-12+ years in Beauty/Cosmetics with minimum 3 years leading training.
- Outstanding communication, executive presence and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable travelling across India.
