A Senior Program Manager is responsible for the complete management of a large sized Channelplay project - usually with a team of Assistant Program Managers. The PM is finally accountable for all aspects of Client Relationship, Project Management Program Profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To manage client relationship through effective delivery and communication.
- To plan and execute project activities and timelines.
- To ensure project goals are delivered.
- To manage project reporting and data analysis.
- To manage project financials - revenue and cost management, invoicing, payment realization etc.
To manage team of APMs - their performance and career development.
