Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute the National Business & Channel Strategy to achieve revenue,

profitability, and market share objectives.
- Lead PAN India business development through System Integrators, AV Partners,

Dealers, Distributors, Consultants, Architects, OEM Partners, and Enterprise Accounts.
- Expand business across Corporate, Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality,

Healthcare, Airports, Smart Cities, Control Rooms, Entertainment, Sports Infrastructure, and DOOH segments.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key channel partners, consultants, EPC

companies, and enterprise customers.
- Drive specification sales through Architects, AV Consultants, PMC firms, and

Technology Consultants.
- Lead high-value project sales for Indoor & Outdoor LED Displays, Video Walls,

Transparent LED Displays, Creative LED Solutions, and Digital Signage.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and high-growth markets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technical teams for

seamless project execution.
- Build, mentor,



and lead Regional Sales Heads, Channel Managers, and Business

Development teams.
- Own business planning, forecasting, budgeting, channel profitability, and overall

commercial performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to drive winning

go-to-market strategies.
- Present business reviews and growth strategies to senior leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade shows, partner conferences,

and customer events.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1220+ years of leadership experience in National Sales, Business Development,

Channel Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Solid experience in LED Display Solutions, Digital Signage, Video Walls, Pro AV,

Enterprise Technology, or Project Sales.
- Proven experience managing PAN India business operations and channel ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
