Role Description The Nanny is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area, supporting the care and well-being of children associated with DHACSS Degree College (For Boys & Girls). Day-to-day responsibilities include providing attentive childcare, supervising children’s daily routines, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. The Nanny will support age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, social development, and positive behavior, in line with the college’s values.

Duties may also involve preparing simple, nutritious meals or snacks, assisting with hygiene and rest times, and coordinating with parents/guardians and staff to meet children’s needs. The role requires reliability, patience, and the ability to respond calmly and responsibly to any childcare-related issues.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Babysitting and Childcare, with a strong focus on safety and emotional well-being.





Ability and willingness to perform light Cooking related to children’s meals and snacks, following hygiene and nutrition guidelines.

Strong interest and experience in Working With Children, including supporting play, routines, and basic guidance.

Understanding of Early Childhood Development principles and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills.

Responsible, patient, and compassionate demeanor, with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with parents and staff.

Prior experience in a school, daycare, or family setting is highly beneficial; basic first aid or CPR certification is an advantage.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow institutional policies, and work full time on-site in the Greater Indore Area.
