Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nails and Mehendi Faculty member based in Ghaziabad. The faculty will deliver practical and theoretical training in nail care, nail art, extensions, and various Mehendi styles, ensuring learners gain industry-relevant skills and techniques.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting demonstrations, supervising practice sessions, evaluating student performance, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in training areas.



The role also involves mentoring learners on professional conduct, staying updated with current beauty trends, and supporting placement and career guidance activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in nail care, nail art, nail extensions, and Mehendi application across traditional and contemporary styles.
- Candidates should possess instructional and mentoring skills, including the ability to design lesson plans, conduct engaging classes, and assess learner performance fairly.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds and support an inclusive learning environment.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and adherence to hygiene, safety, and professional standards in all training activities.
- Formal certification or diploma in beauty, nail art, or Mehendi from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Previous experience as a trainer or senior technician in nails and Mehendi will be an advantage.
- Ability to work full time in office in Ghaziabad and collaborate with the broader training team.
