Role Description This is an on-site role based in Mumbai, covering multiple positions across Content Production, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. Depending on the specific role, team members will support end-to-end content workflows, including ideation, script development support, coordination with creators, and managing production schedules and documentation.

Marketing responsibilities may include planning and executing campaigns, managing social and web content, optimizing platform presence, and collaborating on audience engagement strategies.

Development tasks may involve identifying partnership opportunities, onboarding creators, maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives. Operations-focused roles will handle day-to-day platform and office processes, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement of internal systems to ensure smooth delivery of content and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with creators, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize content across Trueflix’s channels.
- Relevant experience in content production, digital marketing, business development, or operations in media, OTT, or entertainment is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Comfort with digital tools, analytics, and basic project management practices; familiarity with OTT or streaming platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, Film Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
