Multi-Unit Gym & Caf Operations Manager Location: Bhubaneswar (or your preferred location) Experience: Minimum 5 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and agile Gym & Caf Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple fitness centers and in-house cafs. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, a professional personality, and proven experience in handling multi-location operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of multiple gym branches and cafs.Lead, train, and motivate gym trainers, caf staff, and operations teams.Drive membership sales, customer retention, and caf revenue.Monitor branch performance, budgets, inventory, and operational costs.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and customer satisfaction.Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.Plan marketing activities, promotions, and community engagement programs.Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.Prepare MIS reports and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.

Required Qualifications &

Skills:



Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple gym or fitness center operations (experience with caf/F&B; operations is preferred).Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Pleasing personality with a customer-first approach.Experience in sales, operations, budgeting, and team management.Ability to travel between branches as required.Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and gym management software.

Preferred Background

Experience with fitness chains such as Golds Gym, Cult, Anytime Fitness, Talwalkars, Snap Fitness, or similar brands.Exposure to caf or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.MBA or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
