Role Description The Multi-Agent Systems Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad , responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent multi-agent solutions to support internal operations and client-facing services.

This role involves leading technical initiatives that use automation, AI agents, and decision-support tools to streamline immigration case management, improve data handling, and enhance client communication workflows. The Lead will collaborate with consultants, operations, and management to identify process challenges, translate business needs into technical requirements, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of multi-agent systems. Daily activities include system architecture planning, supervising development and integration, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring solutions comply with data privacy and regulatory standards.

The role also includes mentoring team members, documenting best practices, and continuously exploring emerging technologies to advance the firm’s digital capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in multi-agent systems, distributed AI, and intelligent automation, with experience designing and deploying agents that coordinate tasks and workflows.




- Proficiency in software development and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, or similar languages), and familiarity with APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and basic machine learning concepts, plus experience working with databases and data pipelines.
- Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations in software systems, preferably in regulated or client-service environments.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience leading technical projects or small engineering teams, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain complex concepts in clear terms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; prior experience in consulting or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai, with a structured, detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering reliable, maintainable solutions.
