Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM system, customizations, and reports.
- Architect and implement D365 CDS PowerApps models and automate business processes using Microsoft Flow.
- Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines, flows, and SQL-based solutions.
- Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and plugins.
- Develop reports using FetchXML and maintain source control using GitHub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scrum masters and product owners, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.
- Document and lead the implementation of technical features, improvements, and innovations.

Required Skills:

- Strong development experience with D365 CRM, including plugin development, customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.




- Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, SOAP endpoints, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Flows, and ETL technologies (Scribe Online, Kingswaysoft).
- Proficient in configuring security groups, roles, and teams within D365.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft O365 integrations, including SharePoint and Mobility.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic, Azure Functions, and Data Export Service.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE.
