MathCo is a data and AI analytics and solutions company. We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand, products, and ideas to life in motion — explainer videos, product and feature animations, campaign and social assets, and data-driven motion that makes complex AI and analytics concepts easy to grasp. You'll own work from concept to final render, animating within the MathCo brand system.

What you will do: -

- Design and animate explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and campaign assets across brand, marketing, and sales.
- Turn complex data and AI concepts into clear, engaging motion — animated data viz, process flows, UI motion.
- Own projects end to end: concept, storyboard, style frames, animation, sound sync, and delivery.
- Craft motion within the MathCo brand system and help evolve our motion guidelines.
- Partner with designers, marketers,



and solutioning teams to scope and land the right creative.
- Export and optimize for every channel — web, social, decks, and events.

What you will bring: -

- Strong motion and animation craft — expert in After Effects; timing, easing, and pacing you can feel.
- A solid graphic design foundation — typography, layout, color, composition.
- Storytelling instinct — turn a brief or a dense idea into a transparent narrative arc.
- A portfolio of shipped motion work across formats.
- Comfort collaborating and iterating on feedback; organized with files and versions.

Nice to have: -

- 3D motion (Cinema 4D / Blender).
- Sound design or audio editing.
- Data-viz, product, or UI animation; Lottie / AE-to-web
